1. Only good for graduate freshers 2. Casual dress code 3. Good amount of extra curricular activities

With No respect to Banking team Management 1. Work plan and monthly target changes frequently in a month 2. Expected to do 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours OVER TIME DAILY (which lead thinks is normal) 3. UNEVEN ALLOCATION of work 4. Manager/ Few team member plays a BLAME GAME. Not at all supportive. 5. High Level of Politics and Partiality. 6. Problem discussed with management and top management but they show DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE. In fact gone worst. 7. Manager/leads and their In Group member don't know how to talk and behave. With Respect to VA 1. Very low salary and annual bonus is not even equal to a few days salary. (That too only eligible to only few). 2. It's Not a Research Job. It's pure Operations , system based work and it's a KPO. 3. A promotion takes 4 to 5 years
