Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I'm also very sorry your time here did not meet your expectations. As a co-founder, it's extremely important to me that we try to make everyone's time here as enjoyable and rewarding for both you and the company as possible. As you would know, some of the activities we have put in place to help with this include fortnightly coffee catch ups with your coach, monthly automated check-ins (proud to say July’s happiness rating was an 8.36/10), quarterly goal setting and coaching, annual two way reviews, encouragement of personal training and education and a substantial budget to match, team activities (the last one being axe throwing), annual company and partners 3 night trip to Moreton Island among many other things.
