Soenex is actually a different company that goes by a few names. But the one I was at was Visionary Solutions Advertising. I hadn't applied there, they just somehow got my information and called me up. There is no base salary. Only what you "could make". You're also forced to pay for your own transportation to and from really far places. The way they want you to approach potential customers is sort of rude and intrusive. The hours are very long, you're on your feet all day and, if you add up your daily projected salary, it equals out to less than minimum wage. After 3 days I stopped showing up because I realized that this would not be a steady paying job. There are so many. No structure. No leadership or management. Only way to progress or make the bosses happy is to pander to them. The more you give and do the more management want. Not allowed to have own ideas and think of making the company better. The Managing Director is very inexperienced and struggles to understand how a business should operate.
