Pros I have been a writer for visiongain for almost a year now. I have found the experience to be very rewarding. I started as just an ordinary analyst but can already see my responsibilities increase. I decide whether I want to write topics I choose or I might be allocated a topic - it really depends on whats timely and current. I work with a close small team, so get to know my editors and managers well. I am allowed to manage my own time, as long as I stick to overall deadline. Because of this I can structure my working day to what suits me.

For nearly a year I have been working as a report writer for visiongain. My experience has been very positive. The staff have been friendly and professional. As the company has grown - every one still has time for me, and knows who I am immediately and is willing to help me as best they can. We are expected to work hard, but analysts are encouraged to work on topics they know about, and to use their initiative, and voice their opinion. Reports are a very good standard, and so are the analysts and editors that work on them. Even though I have been involved just under a year, the company have tried to get me involved more and have made greater commitments to me, because I have been good. So I hope they have an eye for good people. I have found my editors and managers to be available to help me when every I needed it.
