      Pros

      A few of the great things about this company are self management, merit-based promotion, and the team culture. It has not only been a place for growth, but it has been a great tool in teaching me what i takes to be a leader. It has been a pleasure working for this company thus far and i cant wait for what the year brings!

      Cons

      There really aren't any. Every day brings a new experience, new challenges, and new achievements.

      Pros

      Great growth opportunity they give all the help you need Not all 100 percent commission the owner is really nice Positive vibes all around the office Even though I left this job it's helped me out tremendously in lead generation I'm absolutely crushing it at my new job and I give this job a lot of credit for helping me get there we're required 15 a month I been getting 15 a week sometimes day so there doing something right.

      Cons

      Parking is a pain. And walking around Home Depot isn't my idea of a pleasant work day. Need more training as well

      Pros

      I love how this is a team based opportunity where everyone sets you up for success. Dealing with customer on a one on one level is great. Pretty much on your work ethic and you as a character is the way you are able to move up. There is no sorority just how bad you want.

      Cons

      Not much cons, dealing with customers may come off sales but its really not we are legitimately helping our clients and customers. The only thing is that the atmosphere and morning meeting are really loud and extremely early but it is helping me become a more of a morning person.
