      Supports WFH Good Culture Good environment setup to work

      Cons

      Very poor management No review process (Even they do Glint Survey it is not shared with managers) Most US Managers don't entertain Indian employees Indian managers need more buttering No long term career opportunities Very bad politics in terms of promotions/hike No fair policy given to all employees.

      Work from Home, Tea , free snacks.

      Cons

      The organization does not have an vision. They do not understand their employees as an human being. Stress Level is way too much and lot of self-centric people around. You might loose your life and get paid be very careful.

      1. Decent compensation. 2. Best Stocks option. 3. Decent Health Insurance. 4. Work from Home option is there before covid.

      Cons

      1. Limited/Less products. 2. Very Old teck stack. 3. Very little support from US. 4. Very less exposure. 5. Bound to very small space in market and not interested in moving beyond there comfort zone.
