Cons
- Broken promises (salary, role, job duties, etc.) - One thing is to be a multitasking worker in a startup; it's another thing to have to receive packages, serve customers in the showroom, load and unload trucks with equipment while acting as an audiovisual director in live sessions. - Threats, threats, and more threats. (The former CEO and current director even grabbed a colleague by the neck.) - Being bosses who wanted to play "entrepreneurs game", they had no idea what they were doing. If you made suggestions for improvements, they treated you like an idiot and said, "Since we pay, we call the shots," but then you have to clean up their mess-ups, and they hold you accountable for their mistakes.
