Small, quiet office. Honestly not much to say here.

Cons

Owner is unprofessional. Company often misrepresents their capabilities. Low paying.

I am 100% confident that this individual's perception of Vonazon is not an accurate representation of our company or working environment. I am saddened to hear that this person had a negative experience with Vonazon, and I encourage him or her to reach out to me personally to have a private conversation--I have always been a staunch supporter of my employees and of my business. I have incredibly high expectations of my staff, and unfortunately, not everyone who is initially brought on is able to consistently meet those expectations. For those of you who are reading this and thinking of joining our team, please bear in mind: Vonazon is an actively growing agency that looks to bring on the best of the best, leaders who want to push the envelope every single day and consistently provide our clients with the utmost in quality and support.

Pros

Bonding with co-workers over how over-worked you are. Since there is zero direction from leadership, co-workers try to pull together to help each other complete the impossible amount of work assigned to them before they get fired.

Cons

**Don’t believe the positive reviews. Whenever they get a negative review, they have a manager go on and write a fake positive one to bury the negative. Vonazon presents itself with a cool start-up vibe. At first, it seems like a relaxed atmosphere with a lot of freedom. But look around. Unlike most marketing companies, there are no senior execs 40-50. Why do they only hire kids in their 20s with no experience? Is it because they're easy to intimidate? Or because they won't call out the owners on how poorly structured the company is? Or they just don't want to pay employees the industry standard? With kids straight out of college with only their Marketing 101 skills to rely on, everyone here is struggling to figure things out as they go. And with almost no training or guidance, employees are bound to fail. Hence the high turnover. Instead of actually teaching employees how to be better at their jobs, Vonazon would rather fire them and hire a new hopeful just out of college. I couldn't help but cringe when I thought of these big clients and what they'd think if they saw the amateurs running their campaigns. The CEO is a nice guy, but his focus is just on his sales pitch to recruit new clients. He's completely out of touch with what's going on his own company and why they rarely get clients to renew contracts. Human resources is his wife so, you can imagine, she isn't much help. She's also very nice, but more interested in planning office parties than helping to resolve deep company issues. It's a real shame that the company operates as it does. If you look back at the MANY people who have come and gone over the past 5 years, you will see a lot of enthusiastic young people who are eager to learn and do a great job. Instead, they leave Vonazon burned out and bitter. My advice to applicants and current employees: look elsewhere. You'll be blown away by the support that other companies offer at a much higher compensation.

Thank you for your candid feedback. Of course we encourage all teammates, past and present to leave their open and honest feedback. We want to point out the fact that there are real humans behind our company and reading this review was difficult. What made it most difficult was the untruthful statements made and we don’t feel it would be effective to rebuttal too much here. Nonetheless, we believe the title of trying to be cool like Google is unfair, as we solely focus on being an organic organization and allow our employees to lead and pave the way of who we really are which is a safe, collaborative, positive and hardworking environment. Our CEO is very much in touch with our team and clients alike, and has always had an open door policy; any of our teammates can access him at any time for mentorship, questions and feedback sessions. If you are reading this and thinking about joining our team, we encourage you to come in for a working interview and see that our team is very positive and collaborative. We strongly prioritize a nurturing work environment and collaborative dynamic with our customers, and we hope that this unhappy employee’s negative review does not overshadow our positives. You are welcome to talk to our current employees and our CEO, and welcome you to make up your own mind if Vonazon is the place that will fulfill you professionally. We remain optimistic that Vonazon is a wonderful place to grow in marketing, we move forward and reach for our goals every day. We welcome you to join us!

Pros

You will get the chance to be certified in HubSpot and other leading marketing platforms.

Cons

Really no sense of accountability in management. Instead, they are quick to point finger. There is a lot of internal drama that everyone is aware of but no one actually tries to fix.

We appreciate your thoughts and feedback because without feedback, good or bad, we can not continue to move forward and make Vonazon the best professional environment possible. We also encourage you to contact our HR Department or our CEO Kevin England to talk through issues you experienced and felt needed to be addressed. We never stop listening and value your feedback. We do, without doubt have a strong team and positive culture here. We maintain the stance that we have the most talented team across the board and work hard every day to foster a positive atmosphere. We have grown tremendously over the last two years and are continuing in an upward trajectory. We attribute this success to our strong team and company values. We have very strong management in place to ensure that processes run smoothly and that our employees are just as happy as our customers. We strongly prioritize a nurturing work environment and collaborative dynamic with our customers. We want any past and future employees reading this to know that we take all employee satisfaction seriously and work hard everyday to ensure professional gratification to all that enter our doors and choose Vonazon.
