Safety is a joke, DEI is a prop, Leadership is focused on Valuation and accounting, not employees, clients, project management or project controls. Horrible culture and systemic failure of employee engagement or retaining quality employees.

It was impressive hearing about all of the immoral and unethical behavior the senior executives engage in! Everybody I worked with had a story or two they heard

Cons

Terrible executives with no clue how to lead. Talked down to people in operations and the field constantly. Would ask us to engage in questionable business practices weekly.
