      Perform repairs as required to install base.Perform Pm and scheduled assignments Assist customer with Training when requested. Assign IP config, Server config and network related queries as per the requirements. Spare parts-optimum consumption/faulty dispatch & request TAT. Software and Hardware upgrades. Provide complete, accurate and regular service documentation, service reports and system install reports in compliance with industry regulations.

      Pros

      Good place to learn and grow professionally. I had the opportunity to work across two departments, which gave me broader exposure and learning. HR and management are very employee-friendly, and managers are easily approachable for guidance and support. There is a lot of encouragement for people who are eager to learn. Definitely, Vortex is a great place to build your career.
