Coworkers are nice. A Some are extremely knowledgeable. The Factory itself is managed properly.

Where to start? *. Pay is sub-par *. Insults and verbal abuse are the norm from management *. Never pay their suppliers on time *. "Let's cut some corners" attitude *. Eternal gossip going around *. A new marketing director every year, if not more often. *. Management views lies as a way to control people *. A long etc.
