      They provide coffee. That's it!

      Cons

      Tread lightly things are not what they seem. Don't be fooled because you're happy to land a new job. They will use you, and dump you in a heartbeat. Worse if for any reason they don't care for you. Family run business , so stay away. The rules change every other day and are made up to justify every situation in their favor. You may hang out at WAI for a year possibly two, if you are willing to suck up to management, and even after you do, they will still sack you in the coldest way. Job performance should be important, but it definitely is not, especially if you are part of management, or one of those bowng down to the crappy manner in which they treat people, normal human beings.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my job immensely, I was sorry when the position was eliminated. A great group of people to work for, some of the management was a little cliquey, but great teachers.

      Cons

      I didn't like getting laid off via conference call.
