Lots to learn, good labs for testing, very good facilities, work hours very convenient, work-life balance (not in Corona time)
Cons
Not up-to-date with dev technologies, bad management, lack of opportunities to progress. Long and too much meeting. Bad employees stuck and not leave / get fired.
