Pros
Over the years, whether when they were "E. James White" or "White & Baldacci" or "White & Partners" they've had a relatively good client list considering where they're located. There have always been strong creatives in place no matter the name.
Cons
The "Partners" are some of the most despicable people I've personally ever met. They lie, not only to clients, but to employees as well. And seem to almost revel in it. There are so many horrific stories, but one of the most telling that I can recall is once when "President" Carrie Edwards made a young female employee cry and quite clearly was reveling in her treatment of the employee. Each and EVERY partner are horrific examples of the worst of DC business and the examples are too numerous to recount.
