What is the best part of working at the company? There is no best part, the place is a joke, there is approximately one good manager there apart from that I would avoid this place at all costs, they will knock you back, push you down and not help you back up at all. If you’re not apart of the clique then you can forget about it. Possibly one of the worst places I have ever worked. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The awful management. Aside from 1/2 good managers they have the rest are awful and would be better running a circus, one of the managers was an absolute control freak and could not for the life of him manage people and you’re watched like a hawk as they have absolutely 0 trust in you. Also it’s advertised as a hybrid job don’t believe that, they will make you come in 5 days a week. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? There is a massive clique and you’ll be bullied if you’re not in that clique also everyone is either related or knows one another, if I could I would give WHP 0 stars. Avoid at all costs the culture is atrocious What is a typical day like for you at the company? There is absolutely nothing to do. The job is incredibly boring, the management is horrendous, the staff are horrible and if you don’t fit in they will let you know about it. Don’t even bother standing up for yourself because they will knock you back down till you don’t dare say anything

Discriminated by seniors who think they have authority over you. Bullied, sworn at and racially discriminated. The work environment is really bad and not diverse enough. You don't feel welcomed and supported. Discrimination is normal here and ignored.
