The amount of turnover in this small organization is a red flag that there is a problem with leadership. Unfortunately the CEO thrives off of creating a fear factor environment and instead of empowering others in the organization dictates and perpetuates a culture of micromanagement and fear. This was disappointing for an organization that claims to promote development of women leaders and a positive culture. Be weary of the bill of sale sold at the interview to a house with a corrupted foundation.

company culture is some of the worst I have ever experienced. You'd think for such a small company, everyone would be close or good friends. staff meetings are awkwardly quiet and no one seems to really enjoy eachother's company. the "HR" woman approaches conflict with passive aggressiveness and does not demonstrate any ability to actually have the baseline interpersonal communication skills necessary of an effective HR professional. the whole "leave your ego at the door" motto is a far cry from the truth of senior staff's actions. its just a strange place to work on all accords and I do not recommend taking a job here.
