      Pros

      Nice surroundings, offices and manufacturing floor. Good people and flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Women are clearly the underdogs. Pay scale is also lopsided.

      Pros

      Great company. As any, it has its ups and downs, but in general great place to work. Coworkers help one another, top management is involved and the owner is very employee oriented. Great benefits and in general friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Those are usually related to businesses cycles and strategy. As things change, sometimes direction is not clear to everyone.
