      Free coffee and that's it

      Cons

      Unprofessional work environment like no other. Some examples, including but not limited to: Work overtime with no incentives or pay Office politics, no professionalism Some co workers do not stop discussing painting their nails, to the point you are unable to focus on any work Get belittled and talked about behind your back High school like environment, no trust. Overall feeling like you work in kindergarten Line manager goes along with the gossip, to 'blend in' Too much work left to do, for the reasons above

      Usually more work than you can handle so overtime is expected with low pay Turnover is high and tenure is not a factor , zero loyalty Very high school like environment and not a team oriented company
