Pros

It's a great agency to work for on the B2B side. The senior team is extremely supportive and everyone has L&D opportunities. Clients cover a whole host of sectors and everyone gets the opportunity to lead in areas should they wish. Socials are fun, including an annual away day and Christmas party. Benefits include health cash plan, £100 wellbeing voucher, Live Free Fund, birthday holiday,

Cons

Fast-paced environment typically associated with agencies isn't for everyone, but everyone is supported throughout their time.
