OK place to work but needs a lot of improvement

Pros

Atmosphere, camaraderie among staff was very good. Work schedules and the work life balance was OK, but there wasn't enough feedback from management about your work.

Cons

Management doesn't have your back at all times. Opportunities for growth limited. Favoritism was not hidden at the workplace at all. A small number of staff people always looked out for themselves even if it meant sabotaging someone else.
