- Time flexibility. - Company's management gives you freedom to explore new technology and allows you to use on the product. - Company is keep on changing their policy and introduce new employee reward program to motivate their staff - Day swap policy to allow you to work on non working day to adjust your emergency leaves - There is no office politics in company. - Everyone is given fair chance to show their skill sets and gets appraisal and promotion based on their skill set only.

Cons

- Given that the company is going through major development changes, the work load is more. However, company is working towards making the software development more streamline.

Don't release salary on time They can deduct your salary without any reason HR Policies Changs over Night Late Night Staying Mental Harrashment Fire employee without any prior notice period Don't give any kind of increment HappyDesk or Wun System Both are same company just name is different Don't have any kind of technical growth becuase they are using old and outdated technoloy. Zero Compensation & Benifits for Employee. Don't give any kind of paid sick leave. Provides only 5 paid leave per annum. If you are fresher or Experience Please Don't Join This Company I want to give zero star to this company but there is no zero star option in glassdoor that's why i have to give one Star.
