      The owner Steve Wackerli is amazing

      The owner has a partner who is trying to operate a business he doesn't know. The partner has employees many family members who have a since of entitlement.

      The Subaru store is new and beautiful. Good people, aggressive pay for the industry.

      It's the car business. Management tries to accommodate lifestyle and life events, but it's a commission job in the car business
