Pros
You learn a lot of cool things. You learn how to paint faces, make balloon animals, cut a cake with a time crunch, open presents with children efficiently but still fun. It's also a good place to get your first job with because of the exposure to all the people.
Cons
The owner is a little rude. He constantly gossips about everyone, and if you screw up one thing, he will be on your back forever. He does not know how to motivate, and he always finds a way to put you down. If you're on his good side, great! But if you're on his bad side, he will make your life a living hell, and everyone will know about it.
