    Pros

    The timings are really good, I mean you can leave exactly at 6:30pm everyday.

    Cons

    The director is very micro managing and is involved in each and everything

    Please give your employees some space to grow

    The company has a great culture and propels a very good work-life balance. Good pay (for middle managers and above)

    Cons

    Somewhat bureaucratic in practices. Hierarchy and power distance are pretty evident. Career opportunities are very limited. Performance is not rewarded.

    Advice to Management

    Need to promote more accessibility. Be more approachable to the employees. Try engaging junior employees into ideation and strategic decisions.

    Business driven by optimum ethical practices, Having high level of core expertise in procurement system, sales & distribution system, product development system, 360 degree brand management system and quality management system.

    Cons

    Extremely slow decision making processes from top to bottom, Organizational inbreeding - resulting in a limited perspective and stale ideas, Lack of serious efforts for robust IT infrastructure, Improper employee engagement programs.

    Be Pragmatic, Be Realistic, Be Resilient. Above all try to become "Equal Employment Opportunity" provider and it will indeed help us to retain and nurture best talents.
