Possibly the WORST company to work for!

Pros

If we even be sarcastic just so to mention it as pros, it will be like insulting sarcasm. If you want to screw up your life, self respect, and confidence, this for sure is the place for you.

Cons

-- MOST OF THE REVIEWS HERE ARE FAKE. CHECK OUT THE PATTERN IN CONTENT AND DATES. -- The worst company culture ever. Let alone a friendly culture, a normal humane culture is difficult to find. -- People are asked to work 12 hrs a day and then expected (and even made to work) for like 14-16 hrs a day. -- Don't even pay the minimum wages. -- For non-US employees, they attract people through terms like "VISA SPONSOR". This is totally a SCAM to attract people on lowest possible wage. -- You will regret working for them if you choose to do so! -- Most senior people are just rude. Think others are just meant to be shouted and insulted at to follow orders. -- Just want cheap labour who sloths day and night. Making them spend money, be it on system architecture or employees and resources is like a nightmare to deal with and will always remain a distant dream. -- Your WORK-LIFE balance will be a disaster. Forget your family, children, friends or social life if you want to survive here. -- It might feel, that because of the way they treat their employees, the company is going to go into a spiral downfall pretty soon; however, this might be proven wrong with the fact that there will always be some foolish or innocent people who will be trapped into this net from around the world.

Wallet Hub Response

This review shows clear signs of a disgruntled ex-employee, and presents completely false information. For instance, there are public records of WalletHub giving Visas to employees, in order to give them the best opportunity possible. While we can understand some emotions running high, to say our Visa sponsorship is a scam is libelous in nature. WalletHub wishes the best for all of its employees, both past and present.

Pros

Great deal of responsibilities if you're willing to go out of your way to learn; Smart colleagues; Decent Pay; Straightforward holiday schemes!

Cons

Not the best work culture you'll come across, probably amongst some of the worst. 14-16 hour routine becomes normal, clearly not great for work-life-health balance! The decent pay is leveraged by having you take up at least a 2-3 person responsibility across same/different teams making it a great deal for the firm and mind you they don't compromise on efficiency! They definitely offer Visa sponsorships but also may or may not hold that fact to threaten you to waiver off your bonus component right before the visa application deadline (true story of a colleague). Some really smart employees fall prey to this culture and eventually develop the same work ethic (read nasty) as the higher ups whilst dealing with other colleagues, definitely not the kind of growth you seek. Coming to the CEO, he's definitely bat-shit crazy. I appreciate his drive to success but at the unreasonable cost of others is definitely bad blood. I've seen so many ridiculously smart minds who propelled growth leave the firm due to the simple fact that the CEO is rigid and self-centered. Penny wise, pound foolish. No employee would really think/write anything in favor of him or the firm unless otherwise explicitly told to. If at all you do take the plunge to work here, I hope you work under someone who's understanding and deals with the CEO with knack but doesn't transfer the negativity on to you! Best case scenario for a healthy employment at WalletHub! Tip: If someone is working remote, I do hope they don't fall for the 2-month notice period trap. Good luck getting paid in the end or going ahead with a legal action with that contract of theirs!

Pros

- organization is impeccable - there is always good communication between the departments, everything is logged, docummented and accounted for and even the CEO actively participates in the process - they really allow you to grow and appreciate hard work - I became a Lead in less than a year and my responsibilities and salary have increased every year - I never have to commute to work, all the work is done online using the latest tools - they don't take camshots/ screenshots like other companies I worked for remotely and this really builds trust and allows us to focus and acheive our goals without having the feeling of being watched

Cons

- really demanding work, but I see this as a plus because you learn a lot and push yourself to be great
