Pros

Forward thinking and very product focused which is great. Sales team, Marketing Team and Product Team are amazing. The product itself is awesome.

Cons

Work life balance is non-existent. Delays are not acceptable, even if they seem understood at the time they will come back to discipline you later. Leadership does not want to understand complexities of projects, they only want results but they will punish you if short cuts have to be taken to meet their deadlines. Overall not a safe work environment with alot of burnout.

Pros

I definitely learned a lot about working at a startup

Cons

They will paint a rosy picture but the reality is it was a very tough space to operate in - the product is not really essential to a sales team and it’s the first thing to get cut when budgets are slashed Constant turnover in the hopes that would fix some deeper issues with product market fit Lack of cohesion between sales and product Leadership all over the place with no clear strategy A lot of these reviews are fake (coming from locations we never had employees in) so be aware of that

Pros

The management team has a lot of experience; it really feels like they know their product and the market, which means overall, things at Walnut are running smoothly. I’ve never felt overwhelmed; managers care about our work-life balance and I consider most members of the team to be good friends of mine. I had only been at the company for ~1 year, yet have progressed in my role multiple times.

Cons

Things move fast; it took me a bit of time to catch onto the pace of things.
