Pros

Management tells it like it is. You don’t have to worry about what’s happening behind the scenes because they lay everything out on the table at team meetings. You’re given all the info all of the time. There’s zero stress about what’s expected of you, because you always know.

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about this company.
