Personal lines manager is a dedicated worker and very warm and approachable. The employees also do their best to ensure that clients are well taken care of. The office environment is wonderful and very accommodating. Benefits are top notch and the culture there is welcoming. Highly recommend to people that want to thrive in the business and are self motivated to better their career. Much opportunity to had there.

The hrs are great. Monday- Friday! No more working weekends! Everyone at Walton is very understanding and caring. All the employees at Walton are very friendly and helpful in every department. Most importantly we here at Walton all work as a TEAM to make sure our clients are taken care of in a timely manner. Walton is one of the BEST places to consider employment. Mangers are always available and willing to listen to any ideas, concerns or issues.
