      Pros

      The people I work with are all great. The work is never boring, we support a wide variety of traffic safety equipment. The owner is awesome, he treats everyone like family.

      Cons

      Herd to think to think off many, I suppose the support can would be less difficult if there was more production documentation in the past.

      The management is really bad. The character displayed of them is not friendly or approachable. Management is mostly of family and friends.

      Working at Wanco can be challenging due to supply chain delays from material suppliers. Keeping up with the volume of orders can also be challenging.
