Warburtons Response

We're not sure that this review is for us because we don't have any sites in India however just in case, it's only right that we respond. It seems like you've had a poor experience and without the detail it's hard to comment. We do have a whole host of personal development opportunities, group training and coaching courses available to everyone including regular development reviews. We also take great pride in welfare and the health & safety of everyone. There are some positives to take away in your outlook of the business and your colleagues, unfortunately it seems the opportunity wasn't right for you. Good luck in your future career and thank you for the feedback.

Pros

Pride in product, well paid, profit share at Christmas. Staff canteen. Warburton family still hands on and invest time in showing their appreciation of their employees. Happy people :)

Cons

None really. No training as such when first started job, but that is now rectified by implementation of school visitor tool kit

Pros

Excellent HR Team Not to be trusted obviously with any complaints or private things as they will most likely contact your manager and tell them you visited them etc

Cons

Management too busy thinking their superheroes rather than doing their job, play too many games with staff members. Usual bullying and harassment from team members and management favorites, Zero justice . People treated as workhorses and loaves of bread, Racism and verbal abuse not looked into and investigated properly usually brushed off as not heard or seen anything . Place stinks of dirty mops and stale bread.. Management Never follow the law , quick to cover their own steps and blame shift the staff members . Alot of drug dealers and scum work their .. Zero promotion and training opportunities If your sick management tend to not believe your illness team members stabbing each other in the back repetitive boring mind numbing work always being harassed by someone too many managers mooching around everywhere weekend and evening work .. Cant take holidays when needed Agency staff treated like dung - Not given equal rights as other members , ignored and never given a deadline for new contracts . staff and management play games with agency staff unfortunately. You are never praised enough for your hard work , rather your weak points are constantly exposed and criticized constantly . Strange culture a sense of always hiding things. Seems like the CEO has his head in the sand and all over the place very weird if staff do not like you or see you as a threat they will attempt to get you out Very short notice for changing shifts all in the name of "Business needs" very limited work life balance options
