      Pros

      Wardour has always been a nice place to work, with friendly, collaborative and talented people. The work is very varied, too. As a member of the Content team, you could find yourself working on the script for an animation, writing a 1,500-word online article, editing an annual report, working with a designer on an infographic, asking the questions on a video shoot, advising clients on social media strategy... The range is almost endless, and changing all the time as the world of media evolves. It's a good place to broaden your experience and learn new things.

      Cons

      As with any agency, the clients can be irritating - providing vague briefs that have to be met in unrealistic timescales, and then failing to feed back in a timely enough fashion. In a relatively small agency, this can make for a stressful working life at times, as projects and deadlines collide.

      Lovely people - lots of socialising with everyone Flexibility around childcare and working arrangements Opportunity to work on a variety of accounts Progression - the company is very receptive to your career goals and supporting you in achieving them

      Cons

      Sometimes not enough people in teams so workloads can build up, but the team leaders always support and do their best to resolve this if it happens.
