Pros
Its nice place to work, great projects in every automation Process. If you have Constant improvements and optimising the process, this is the place for you. I worked 2 years and left for few months from frustrations of under or over engineering from too may Engineers. Now I am back and seeing great achievements. Nearly 20 times faster process.
Cons
I had to make things from unnecessary complicated design outputs from engineering team. Gone through many projects from entry level engineers with less experience leads too complicated designs and fixing the fails.
