1. There are certain hasty decision being taken by Senior leadership 2. Instead of making it's engineering team strong, company wants to be dependent on all the legacy product companies in supply chain domain 3. There are gap among senior leaderships and not much openness 4. Certain decisions are made for short term and not for long term. 5. Company do not want to implement industry best practices and processes 6. In the growth phase, company should learn from it's mistakes and decision made should be crisp and crystal clear what it's short and long term goals 7. Career growth doesn't look promising
