Poor leadership across the board from owner and team leads. Unrealistic deadlines on deliverables while also understaffed. Raises happen few and far between. Poor communication between departments. Very flat structure with very little room to grow. Dangerous working conditions in lab and production areas. Expect to work weekends at the end of the month as deadlines come up.

Out of touch owner with a mean streak and several brown nosing employees always flocking around him. Was the absolute worst job I've ever had.
