      Pros

      2 different locations, totally different feel. -Downtown location is mostly parents -Uptown location is nannyville. -Children are mostly sweet and fun to work with

      Cons

      -Poorly run- no hierarchy of leadership -Poor communication -Often management says one thing and does another -Very high turnover -Catty workforce which is promoted by the boss

      I was fired because my employer didn't realize I was 17

      Pros

      I loved working there for the eight days I was there, and I put everything into it.

      Cons

      My employer didn't know the correct Arizona Department of Labor laws and fired me because she thought I couldn't be unsurprised with children. But I have my GED and that qualifies me to be left unsupervised with the children. Also the fact that there are cameras watching the classroom 24 hours a day and parents watch the cameras too. She messed up and fired a potentially long-lasting employee.
