Unfortunately, this work place has great potential, but the amount of mess, disorder and lack of being heard from the management sucks. Impossible to suggest new ideas to improve. No options for promotions at all.

Someone went crazy.. The CEO and HR are smoking outside all day and Treating employees poorly, The Co-Founder & CTO left the company and CEO is doing nothing to change things.. a joke!

Flex hours - that's it.
