Toxic, Pointless - Avoid At All Costs

Pros

Genuinely nice & supportive employees outside of C-suite

Cons

Extremely poor business outlook - C-Suite is an insular group that continually makes poor, reactive, and visionless decisions in a vacuum and pins all accountability/blame onto lower-level employees. No upwards mobility, proper training, or corporate structure - you will constantly be assigned tasks you do not have the resources to complete, are irrelevant to your position, and are not reviewed or even used by the company in the long-run. Bullying in the form of micromanagement, disrespect of personal boundaries, and passive aggression is overlooked if not blatantly perpetuated and encouraged. C-suite is given a free pass to harass subordinates with zero repercussions - they are looking for employees they can control, not anyone with actual insight or intelligence. Don't let the (mandatory) parties that are a waste of thousands of dollars every month fool you - this is a toxic company that only cares about protecting and creating wealth for the C-suite, There is absolutely no point in working for this company unless you're interested in being embroiled in an embarrassing and ongoing power struggle among people making triple your salary with 1/3 of your education.
