As soon as I started working here I was warned by my co-workers that management would watch you for things you did wrong and then note down every infraction but not mention it at the time. People feel on edge. They have no loyalty for their employees. Turnover is high. Management doesn't think twice about replacing you. Some of the staff are nice though.

Abusive ownership/management and highly toxic work environment. They do not care whatsoever about their staff, only that they're making money and receiving good reviews on Yelp. Terrible lack of schedule flexibility. Employees are not treated equally or held to the same standards. Ownership cuts corners when it comes to fixing anything on the premises - for example, when a heating mechanism wasn't working properly for one of the hot tubs, instead of fixing it, ownership directed staff to tell clients that the water was purposefully cooler in that particular tub if anyone complained.
