- Working on latest technology - Flat hierarchy - Opportunity to work independently - Friendly work environment - Helpful colleagues + Seniors - Since it is a small organization you get to work on all fronts of an application resulting into your overall development may it be front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, jQuery or back-end or database - Performance based appraisals: There is not fixed percentage for appraisals, yearly appraisals here are average 50% and might go up to 80% if you perform exceptionally well. - Opportunity to work on multiple projects provided you can. - Work life balance. - Company and the CEO respects its employees as human beings and don't treat them simply as resources

- As a fresher one might feel that the work pressure is little more however as you mature in the company you realize that it is this pressure that lead to your overall development. - I would love to have an option to work from home at least once weekly

Very good leadership. Company culture is very good. You feel valuable to the company and can work on really tough problems. The people working there are very fun and kind. Great learning opportunities, high degree of freedom and strong sense of ownership Working in Wave Infotech for 1 year == 3 years in any MNC, telling from my personal experience.
