- clinic constantly has pest infestation issues (snakes, cockroaches, ants, stink bugs) I would not be surprised if black mold is under the carpets considering client's have voided on them and they were never properly cleaned!! - Employees are in upper management that don’t maintain credentialed or don’t have adequate schooling. There's no reason why someone should be in upper management without a Master's degree or actively pursuing a Master's degree. - Once watched a BCBA instruct an RBT to conduct an assessment on a new client without supervision, training or instructions AKA unethical and directly violates the BACB! - Employees regularly being told and expected to work outside of their scope of practice. - Little to no BCBA supervision - No employee appreciation
