Cons

Pros

- Curb appeal is quite attractive for during the honeymoon phase

Cons

- No HR - REVOLVING DOOR puts in lightly, in a company of 24, I became the 6th most senior employee in less than 24 months. On average every 3.5 weeks there’s a new employee. We’ve never had the same designers for more than 3 consecutive months. Constantly having to make excuses to customers for the backlog resulting from high turnover and poor workmanship. Everything is placed on the PMs head. When has problems beyond their ability to control, they toss the PM in front of the bus and hope the problem disappears with them. - Abusive management style with ZERO support available - Divisiveness created by leadership - Managerial God complex - Bi monthly "gas lighting" sessions - Alcohol and drug abuse permitted on site if you're in with your manager - Derogatory remarks toward Mexicans specifically, minorities and homeless - Disturbing sexual innuendos - Zero accountability - This team starts with the letter "I", watch your back here - They don't fire you, they ride you until you quit - Toxic environment - Very little opportunity to grow - Management has no problem disrupting you on vacation - ALL stick, no carrot. Beating and bullying employees into submission is the approach
