Pros

1. Lots of freedom and flexibility - super friendly work culture 2. A chance to create a difference to the future of driving 3. You get to work with talented and equally passionate people 4. Will makes the best lunches. Snacks never die short.

Cons

There is a lot of chopping of changing of high level management - can be overwhelming and awkward at times

Pros

- This is an excellent place to work if you're looking to increase your skills in computer vision and/or robotics. You're working with some of the smartest people in the world - Great food - Having worked here is going to be really good for my career when I decide to move on

Cons

- First of all, pay attention to the dates of the reviews on here. They're clustered around certain dates, because when a negative review is posted then they ask everyone to post positive reviews and then they get the person that posted the negative review to remove it - Some people get left behind, and others get supported. Some people will put you down for not knowing certain things - If you're promised anything, get it in writing; the CEO isn't very trustworthy

Pros

Ambitious future tech connected with Microsoft an NVIDIA. Great onsite chef.

Cons

It has leaned into an outdated hyper-performance focused culture. It feels like it's the type of place where you can only be successful if you don't want to have a personal life. Most people who have been there more than 6 months can see the shift from caring about people, to ONLY making money.
