      People are great Occasional social activities Nice office

      Cons

      Zero planning, a lot of chaos every day. Client presentations always left to last minute, always talk of improving processes but it never happens. Biggest clients have left, not been replaced. Am sure more will follow. Heavily reliant on clients who have been around for ages and are happy with mediocrity. Ambitious clients eventually go to a new agency. No progression plans for staff. Always talked about, never happens. Lots of words, no action. Pay reviews never offered, only discussed when asked for. Don't even get a cost of living increase. Lot of staff have left - wonder why? For the sake of your mental health, this is not a great place to work.

      A growing team of extremely knowledgeable, experienced and talented individuals who all genuinely care about providing exceptional service and contributing to our client's success. - Great culture with a fun, friendly and supportive team. - Passionate and enthusiastic leadership. - Understanding of work/life balance with hybrid flexible working. - Great city-centre office. - Plans for expansion and growth make for an exciting future.

      Cons

      - Lack of free, on-sight parking which isn't a huge issue due to the amount of city-centre car parks close by.
