      Flexible schedule and decent compensation

      Cons

      Feel lost with little guidance, in another words a lack of leadership. Always have to figure out things on your own, in other words a lack of support. To be fair, some people do thrive in this kind of environment but most do not.

      You learn a lot about the industry and you have great coworkers

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism, if your not in the "in crowd" you will be overlooked for promotions. Will need to look elsewhere to move up.

      Pros

      The environment created by the company for their employees is greatly appreciated. I recently came to this company from my last company I was with for 10 plus years and I could say without no hesitation that I do not regret taking this job. The employees, management make the whole company as a whole a great place to work at.
