      Pros

      If you are needing a company to help sponsor you to take the series 7 exam.

      Cons

      1. Lack of resources-company is too small to support more than maybe 3 advisors total. 2. Management cant be trusted. CEO had a bad habit of using bait and switch techniques just to get more advisors in the door. 3. Lack of consistency related to training and coaching to hit steep insurance qoutas. 4. Toxic work environment all together.

      Pros

      Great network for UofH Alumni Penn Mutual provides great training about products.

      Cons

      Management is a disaster and shows no interest in you,expect for the people you know to bring in for insurance business. Will cycle you out immediately if you do not sign up customers as quick as they want.
