Pros

Great environment and you really know that the bosses care. It's also all financial education company, and the workplace encourages you to take the classes to further your own education and branch out on your own. They obviously want you to be passionate about your work here, but also understand that this job is not your whole life and encourages you to have other passions.

Cons

Very few vacation days for a start-up, only 10 We get three days of work from home a quarter, which is good but they do not roll over to the next quarter

Pros

- Collaborative environment - all the different parts of the company really come together well to get projects done - Great atmosphere - everyone is very helpful and has a good attitude - Strong culture - the management has a strong, clear vision that makes for a very cohesive and attractive culture

Cons

- Most of the company is in Hawaii so there is a time difference, which adds some difficulty to communication between teams, but it the project management and communication tools used are very helpful and it isn't much of a problem

Pros

Not only is the location amazing (Kailua, Hawaii), but the company leadership and culture are better than I could have ever hoped for. Great benefits, plenty of room for advancement, and an awesome team. Facilities and equipment are great. Relatively flat hierarchy and trust amongst leadership and staff makes for a ripe environment for innovation, collaboration, and an overall very rewarding experience.

Cons

Well, to be honest, sometimes we run out of Starbuck's ice coffees and that can be a bit of a let down, especially on a Monday... ;)
