The office staff are nice. Benefits package is good
Cons
Managers need training on how to speak to their employees. Employee moral would be much higher if they weren't treated like a number. Overall there is no feeling that this company has appreciation for their employees. Sales team treats employees badly and it is allowed and supported by management.
