Management people doesn't have proper planning for development of company and employees. For experience people the worst time you have. No employee retention plans. HR policies are too bad(You cant imagine the polices)

Pros

If you need to learn things, you will learn but will be slave.Only relief is your coworkers since they are also in the same situation. Try to get feedback from past and current employees before joining.

Cons

You will get many fake promises first time and these guys will make or find reasons to avoid it. Atlast we will be losers. Also to clients: never trust this people. you can just ask the feedback from clients. Pathetic management and HR has no role here.Poor work life balance. No leaves.Simply terminating people who raises questions against their attitude.These guys will get squeeze whatever they need and you will end up ruining your career. They will ask you bond and will you may require to keep your certificates.
