Pros
The best is they will hire you as an intern promising you to give a job after 3 months. They will make you work like hell and after working for 3 months they will either tell u to work as an intern only or bye-bye to u and new interns will come as they won't have to pay full salary and make the intern work for peanut shell. For the Internship, you will only get a bus fare. There is no work-life balance here. While joining 9-6 timing will be given but in reality, they will make u wait every day for a long time even if ur an intern. Location mentions except for goa is all fake. It's their relative's house. Also, projects are not done from scratch but bought from other companies and names are changed to resell.
