I truly mean it when I say I've never felt more disrespected by an employer before. I could write a novel, but I'll keep it short and sweet:
- RTO (return to office) has been pushed in such an odd, dismissive, and dictator-like fashion. I've never seen anything like it. Employees who were hired to be remote are now being asked to commute 90+ plus minutes (one-way) to an office, just to zoom teams in other states. Wild!
- Bonuses and merit increases have been promised multiple times, just to be pulled away. It's been years since they've been given.
- Lots and lots of issues in our day to day workflows that are just ignored (even though they are voiced). The only reason we continue to see success is because employees push really hard to make things work. We care a lot about our clients.
